Private Residence

This property has been bought by a land contracting company and they do not have any records on the house to give as far as history of the home. The last people to live in this home lived there in 1995. Upon my investigation, the home looked as if it was in the middle of being remodeled. I only had a few odd experiences in this home; a heaviness feeling and a few cold spots. The outside temp was at 75 degrees and the base reading of the interior was around the same.
